12 Week Intro to Weights Summer Program

Summer is fast approaching

No more school. No more homework. No more tests to study for. Just your baseball son and an abundance of time.

This program will take advantage of that.

Both The Summer Bodyweight Program and The Summer Intro to Weights Program are designed specifically for summer ball. Training while acknowledging 4 days of baseball per week (on average 2 practices x 2 game days per week).

Inside the programs are 12 weeks of progressive training. There are 2-4 days of training per week for 12 weeks. The weeks build upon each other and the movements get progressively more advanced as summer goes.

If your son has minimal weights experience, I highly suggest starting with The Summer Bodyweight Program. By the end of the 12 weeks, his body will be more than ready to begin weights come fall.

If your son has decent weight lifting experience, then he is fit to begin The Summer Intro to Weights Program. By the end of 12 weeks, his body will be ready to handle The Advanced Weights Program, my college/professional sequence training tapered down for the Middle School/High School athlete.

Note: these programs are not easy.
